Varieties of acid dyes in China's printing and dyeing industry
Acid dyes are mainly used in the printing and dyeing of wool, silk and nylon, as well as in the dyeing of leather and paper. They play an important role in the production, import and export of various domestic dyes.
Among the yellow varieties, C.I. acid yellow 19 is a relatively important dye, which is used not only for the printing and dyeing of wool and silk, but also for the dyeing of leather. C.I. Acid Yellow 79 (Acid Yellow 4GL) is a shrink-resistant dye, which can be exhausted in an acid bath (PH value 4.5~5.0) and has excellent wet treatment fastness. It is suitable for wool and its blends, nylon and silk, and also for leather.
Among orange varieties, C.I. acid orange 24 and 56 are diazo dyes, and C.I. acid orange 154 and 174 are azo 1:2 metal complex dyes.
Among the red varieties, C.I. acid red 131 is a very important acid dye variety. It is suitable for nylon dyeing with medium-deep color, bright color, good compatibility with the same series of varieties, and has medium-to-high migration. If it is used with leveling agent (such as UividinePA), it has good coverage for stripes. On various nylon fibers, it has good dye uptake and upgrading performance when dyeing dark color, and good wet fastness when dyeing medium color. C.I. acid red 315 dye is suitable for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and wool/polyester, wool/nylon and wool/cotton blended fabrics.
Among the blue varieties, C.I. Acid Blue 15 is a triarylmethane structure, mainly used for dyeing and printing of wool, silk and wool blends. It has good discharge performance, especially bright color, but poor light fastness (grade 1). C.I. Acid Blue 171 is grade 6-7 light fastness, grade 4/5 soaping and grade 5 perspiration stain on wool. C.I. Acid Blue 225 is an anthraquinone dye with brominated acrylamide group, and its solubility in water (90 ℃) is 100 g/L, which is suitable for wool, silk, nylon and their blends. When dyeing, the leveler AlbergalSET is added, and the dyeing PH value is 4.5~5.0, which has excellent protection for wool.
Among the green varieties, C.I. acid green 81 is exhausted in the acid bath (PH value 4.5~5.0) and has excellent wet treatment fastness, including water immersion, soaping and cashmere fastness. It is mainly used to adjust the color light of single color and two color combinations. It can also be used to dye deep and bright colors on nylon. It can also be used for wool and its blends, silk dyeing, light fastness 6~7, soaping, alkali sweat change, nylon staining, cotton staining are all 5.
Among brown varieties, C.I. acid brown 282 dye has good water solubility (solubility 40g/L at 90 ℃), good light fastness, wet fastness and levelness, and good color matching performance. It can be used for wool and its blends, silk and nylon. Because it is suitable for low temperature dyeing, wool damage is small, and light fastness is excellent (1/1 standard depth can reach 7~8), it is suitable for automotive industrial textiles. Soap washing (40 ℃), alkali perspiration and rubbing fastness are all grade 5, which is a very important variety.
Among the black varieties, C.I. acid black 58 (neutral grey BL) is mainly used for the dyeing of wool and its blends, silk and nylon. The dyeing process is simple and reliable, and is especially suitable for the low temperature dyeing of wool bulk fiber and top. If Lanasan LTLi is added, good color yield can be obtained at 85 ℃, with high light fastness and wet fastness, and is suitable for the dyeing of automotive interior textiles.
